Sellers beware! Not one to write a negative review but here goes. From the beginning this was a tough transaction. The goal-posts kept changing and the garbled messages were hard to understand most of the time. I provided a high-quality product plus a free custom video (which was pretty much demanded to prove item authenticity!) Item went out special next day delivery on the agreed morning, but unfortunately got caught up in the UK postal strike - being delivered the following working day (a delay of 24hrs). I informed him of the potential delay and that it was out of everyone's control. Item arrived safely. A few days pass and he thanks me for the item's "amazing" quantity 💦 A few more days pass and he requests a refund - threatening to contact paypal directly. I don't want or need any unhappy buyers so I obliged and immediately processed the refund - even though I'm out of pocket for the premium delivery. At one point he wanted a same-day courier service and for the item to be ice-packaged. Very hard to please this one after being clear, accommodating and polite. Had to cut communication in the end unfortunately.
