I had a good rapport with you. However, you blocked me. Although you sent me a Dropbox containing 35 custom videos which you made for me, 2 of them don't have the video content which you had agreed to do for me, they have no sound and literally last for a split second each. 8 of them have no sound, 10 of them are repeat custom videos and 17 of them are acceptable. You sent me a pre-made video, which is not part of the agreed order and a custom video. So far, that is 18 custom videos in total. However, the 18th custom video you sent me has disappeared from the Dropbox. So, now, I am left with 17 custom videos. You agreed to make 20 custom videos for me. But you didn't do so. I am short of 3 custom videos. I paid you £40 to make 20 custom videos for me. I want you to send me again the custom video which has disappeared from my Dropbox and to make 2 more custom videos for me.
