This guy is truly AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL! Throughout the whole process, he made sure he kept me in the loop of what was going on all the way to the very end! I initially purchased a video from him before the Thanksgiving holiday. As expected, due to the holidays, he was not able to make the video the same day I requested but he gave me a timeframe of when it would be completed and stuck to it without me having to follow up with him!
