Marked order as paid, yet never sent Amazon Gift Card. When I asked for a screenshot to confirm payment, they first sent me a screenshot of the MTW order.
When I specified a screenshot from Amazon app and/ confirmation email was needed, they ghosted me.
Lied that they had sent more than what was agreed upon. Intentionally requested a color option that wasn't even shown in the provided image of options.
8 hours transpired from first interaction to final comms. Inconsiderate time-waster. The entire experience was an absolute pain in the ass. DO NOT BOTHER.
I have never left a negative review.... This one absolutely deserves it.
