Prometheus EXPAND Advanced Workout System

You asked for it, you got it: the second major workout series in the REP Advanced Strength Training Program is here. The EXPAND System (attached) builds on the REACH System in the first Strength Training System.

The EXPAND builds with even more custom split workouts as well as the opportunity for split and custom workouts you design yourself.

It is in this phase of workouts when you can really begin to build, using all the foundation capability developed in the first phase.

Over the next few weeks we will be diving a little deeper into some of these workouts, which represent an amazing opportunity for you to build an incredible physique with a very limited amount of equipment, weight and time.
