USA- Standard shipping is included in the price of most of my items. First class shipping for clothing and non-perishable items under 1 lb. USPS priority or UPS ground for perishable or heavier items.

International- Most smaller items posted internationally for an small charge. Usually around $5. Willing to ship the heavier ones too, but be aware that post fees get higher based on weight.
