I would have waited until final delivery to review Hazel...BUT...I had to do it sooner.

There were some unforeseen delays with my order. However, Hazel sent me a video explaining the delay, offering a freebie, and was overall completely transparent (not to mention really damn cute).

Hazel could delivery a subpar product (I'm sure it will be everything I am hoping for and more) and I would still give her 5+ stars. Her communication and interactive updates just completely solidify that she is a top tier seller here.

If you have something from her profile in your saved items...get off your butts and place your order. The only downside is you might take up her calendar and make it harder for me to place my next order.

Bottom line...if you want absurdly good customer service, a hugely fun person to banter back and forth with about your order, and a seller that is going to be with you every step of the way with your needs and wants...Hazel is the one for you.
