Hopeless. I ordered a pair of socks a month ago and have still seen nothing. He messaged me two weeks ago to say that one of his housemates had put them in the washing machine by mistake, and that he would replace them. He did offer extra freebies, but I just asked him to start working on a new order to replace the ones that ended up in the wash. That was two weeks ago. He has been online since but has not replied. I have since asked him for a refund but he has not responded. I will try to get Admin to intervene, but as I didn't use kink coins, I don't hold out much hope. Avoid his amateur and go for a professional.
