Unfortunately I can't recommend Darkskindaddy at all. I would urge you all to avoid him.

I placed and paid for an order on 1 October 2023 to be delivered Tuesday 10 October 2023. £110 isn't an insignificant amount of money.

With little notice he told me that he was going through some personal problems, which is fine, I'm understanding and flexible. I realise that things aren't always great. Despite the lack of notice I still agreed to reschedule - twice (both days he suggested).

He told me that he would have the order delivered Wednesday. He didn't.

He told me that he would have the order delivered Thursday. He didn't.

He then stopped reading my messages completely, despite being online from Thursday 5:30pm, until the late evening. He was then back online on Friday at 3:30pm. He hasn't read my messages from Wednesday or Thursday.

Communication went from abysmal to actively keeping me in the dark.

Despite being online he's ignoring my messages and the admins and has now been banned.

I understand that things come up and people have real life problems but that does not - in any way - give you the right to keep money that you have taken for an order that you are now failing to fulfill (multiple times) through no fault of the mine. Things may be bad, I'm sorry, but that doesn't mean you can rob me. I haven't wronged you, I haven't done anything wrong, so what makes you think that it's ok to keep the money when you cannot provide what was agreed in writing?

You should have issued a refund the instant you knew that you could not fulfill the order - that's how I would treat someone and that's how I expect to be treated. I was even happy to reorder when things settled down. Instead you made a conscious decision to keep the money, knowing full well that you were not providing and could not fulfill the order and that it was making me anxious.

Theft is theft, it doesn't matter what happens at your end or mine, it's a business transaction and nothing more. Having a rough time doesn't entitle you to steal from people and at this point, that is exactly what you have done. You have had my money for twelve days and you have missed three delivery dates all set by yourself.

I was flexible and understanding but now I feel scammed.

I have no interest in working with you in future now, as you have practically made me beg for a refund, when you're not even entitled to keep what you've taken.
