I think his 1 star reviews are a little harsh, we all have things come up. Time and money can be obstacles for all of us to overcome. He was nothing but kind and patient with me and I'd really like to work with him again, and I'm hoping that the ones who feel spurned by him learn to forgive, because it's hard out there for people, and we don't always know what someone is going through. I'm putting my seal of approval on this one sellers, I think he's a safe bet just be patient with your buyers and understanding and they will treat you well. He has for me. XOXO
